2021 is winding down, but we are finishing strong with two more events planned to help get your creative juices flowing.

Whether you work or study in the field of science, technology, engineering, arts, or mathematics, we strive to provide you with the connections and information you are craving on AI.

Your input is invaluable for planning our 2022+ activities.

We plan to host more hybrid events and we will be bringing back hackathons and introducing a new training program to accelerate innovation for social good.

On November 29th, our Special Interest Group will be focusing on AI and Creativity.

AI can be used to augment the creative writing abilities of human authors.

Melissa Roemmele, Research Scientist at Language Weaver RWS Group, will summarize the research driving this endeavor at the intersection between natural language processing (NLP) and computational creativity. She'll illustrate this work with an example from her own recent research, and describe some of the future challenges.
