The Gist

AI LA Salons are tech-grounded events for the Product Triad (product, design, engineering) and those interested in learning how great products are built. Attendees leave with actionable insights—from foundational concepts to practical use cases.

A typical event agenda is the following:

• 6:00pm-6:30pm: Light bites and drinks

• ​6:30pm-7:00pm: Software presentation and intro

• 7:00-8:00pm: Expert use-case and demo

• ​8:00pm: More networking and drinks

n8n Salon Recap

Dylan Watkins, Community Manager of n8n, leveraged a workflow in the n8n Template Gallery to show how anyone can build a nutritional tracker battle buddy to help stay on top of diet and health goals. Alan K wrestled with his PC for a bit but got back on track to demo his powerful lead generation template. Tips and tricks were widely shared so that our audience could walk away getting started with their first workflow!
