A 2-month Nanodegree AI Product Management program powered through Udacity

Happy Holidays!

The AI LA Community and the Wiase Research Institute are excited to announce our partnership in launching the Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship in STEAM (I.D.E.A.S.) Workforce Development program in January 2022. Apply Now!

There is no technology more reflective of its creators than artificial intelligence (AI). To increase the likelihood of AI products being representative of their intended users, we need to change the people building these products. Our competitive I.D.E.A.S. program is intended to diversify the talent pipeline here in Los Angeles, starting with Product Managers.

AI LA strongly believes that creating a culture of Responsible AI development that is accountable to users, prioritizes inclusion, and creates products that truly work for everyone must be reflected in the product development strategy of all stakeholders.

I.D.E.A.S. focuses on exposing professionals and students to AI Product Management while growing a more diverse recruitment pipeline for companies to source talent. We believe in removing barriers to help cultivate creative AI ideas and innovations that will help solve the world’s greatest challenges.

Scholarships will be awarded based on your social impact vision and goals using AI for good upon completion of the program.

You will be supported by a mentor network and your cohort is intended to keep you accountable. After graduating from the program, you will have the opportunity to join a social impact project and we will provide warm introductions for employment opportunities.
